Ben is serving as Ushindi’s IT and Content creator. He is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining the organization’s digital presence. This includes creating content for the organization’s website and social media platforms, and managing the organization’s online presence. He also provides technical support for staff members and volunteers, ensuring that everyone is able to use the technology properly. Ben also, provides training on how to use the technology safely and securely, helping to protect the organization’s data and resources. He is member of CBCA Church in Beni.

Ben has previously served as Danish Refugee Council’s Data Analyst, ICT Trainer and Web Developer at GSWORLD. He is skilled in Web Programming, communication, Team Leadership, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Design Thinking, Public Speaking, Teaching, Project Management and much more.

Ben has a BSc. in Computer Engineering from Christian Bilingual University of Congo in Beni town/North-Kivu/DRC.
